OneNDA

OneNDA is a universally standardised Non Disclosure Agreement template. Such an agreement is used in order to prevent the disclosure of confidential information after its transmission. The agreement contains, in particular, the definition of confidential information, the rights and obligations of the recipient, the period of confidentiality, the provisions of applicable law.
